Working along with their team members and assistants, KimberLee Spaulding and Sarah Stogner, they offer the most comprehensive service available from any broker and are available 7 days a week during prime seasons.

Kim is also a licensed real estate broker and has been with the team for 8 years. Sarah has a degree in finance and is also a graphic artist enabling us to produce all of our marketing items in house.We are therefore able to get information out instantly and frequently without needing to rely on outside resources, a huge plus in a small town like Telluride.

Since 1997, Buzz has been an invited member of Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate, an exclusive directory of the top luxury realtors in the world as well as a member of the National Registry of Who's Who. In May 2003, Buzz was invited by the partners of Telluride Real Estate Corporation (TREC) to join them as their first new partner since the initial five partners purchased the Telluride Ski Company's interest in the firm in 1992. Buzz and Mary were previously with the firm from 1992 to 1998.



Buzz holds the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation and is a part of the CRS (Certified Residential Specialists) and is currently studying for his MRE (Masters in Real Estate).
He has consistently maintained a multi-million dollar annual production and has been recognized in both the state and the nation for his performance. One such honor ranked him in the top 1% in a national franchise, The Prudential, for the four years that the company was affiliated and another award ranked him third in Colorado for sales for the same franchise.
Buzz continues to be a leading listing and selling broker in Telluride with a listings portfolio averaging $100 million. Recent sales figures are $37.26 million in 2000 and $34.74 million in 2001. Sales in 2002 and 2003 were poor resort-wide, however, Buzz sold property totalling $10.625 million in 2002 and $18.49 million in 2003. In 2004 to date, we have over $11 million under contract.



Ranging from a $395,000 Timber Ridge lot to an $11.9 million Mountain Village luxury home, Buzz's current inventory of improved listings includes mainly premier Mountain Village homes and condominiums as well as several high-end area subdivision homes. Vacant land listings include Mountain Village residential lots, premier regional parcels as well as Golden Bear and Sunnyside Ranches.
