The Main House is a four-bedroon and three bathroom residence with two fireplaces, kitchen, a dining room overlooking the third hole and its island green. There's a spacious living room, a huge party-deck and a large outdoor swimming pool. This residence comfortably can sleep up to 8 adults. The courthouse, which has 2 bedrooms, boasts an indoor tennis court, full kitchen, weight room, his and her locker rooms, family room with fireplace, and viewing area to tennis court with efficiency kitchen. The indoor tennis court is a lighted deco turf tennis court that is heated. It is roughly 5000 sq ft. The Cottage is a lovely one-bedroom and two bathroom residence located on the other side of the swimming pool. The Cottage has an efficent kitchen and dining area with a large living room including a fireplace. The second bathroom also includes a suana. This residence can comfortably sleep 2 adults and is perfect for couples or small families. Daybeds in the living room area can accomadate two additional guests.
